2 out of 3 times no one hits a flop you dont need a good board to C-bet you need boards that put fear in others that are unlikely to be hit many paired boards are good to C-bet flops like 522 733 those are flops to C-bet

that can vary from opponent to opponent it basically comes down to how well you know your opponents range and how well he knows your range and go from there. certain boards will be closer to your range than your opponents and vice versa
